Has anyone tried this set up before?

I have a 2001 toyota sienna and it has 6.5 inch speakers, i was thinking of replacing the rear set with a set of rockford fosgate punch pro mid bass speakers - Rockford Fosgate PPS4-6 Punch Pro 6-3/4" midrange speaker with 4-ohm voice coil at Crutchfield.com

which would be powered by a jl audio amp at 100 wattsx2 @ 4 ohms rms - JL Audio JX360/2 2-channel car amplifier — 110 watts RMS x 2 at Crutchfield.com

my question is that has anyone tried this kind of setup and will it even sound any good? to have mid bass speakers in the rear with regular speakers up front and a sub in the back?
