I have a pair of hat imagines I'm planning to run coax and also I have some image dynamics ctx tweeters my friend gave me, would it be good to run these with the hats? Or would the hats in coax mode be better off without tweeters?

Probably just the hats in coax. If you used the HATs in Coax and the ID CTX tweeters, you would essentially be using 4 tweets and probably not like the sound.
