I'm setting up my new Helix DSP. When setting the input sensitivity, I can not get the clip indicator to light in any configuration of the jumpers/potentiometers.

In that situation, where is the best position of the jumpers and should I have the potentiometers fully counterclockwise or fully clockwise?

You can pull down the manual from here: http://www.audiotec-fischer.de/files/BAs/Helix/Prozessoren/BA_DSP PRO MK2.pdf

If you are not using speaker inputs or the aux input (j and k), there is no need to change the jumper. It's easy to damage the unit changing jumper, so if you don't need to, don't change them.

If your input max is blow 2 volts, I would use the j and k inputs.

The gain increases with counterclockwise rotation.

I don't use the clip light, so I don't know how sell it works. It will go red when you over drive the channel.
