I have a 2000 F150 Ext cab with 2 Memphis PR12s in a sealed box under the back seat.. Issue is I think the box is too small ( I measured it out to be like .6-.7 Cubes per chamber)

So my plan is to build a ported box for 1 of the subs but im new to all this so I just wanna get some input on how many cubes I need, and what to tune it to..

This is what I got so far by reading what I can find on the internet..

Okay I cant post pics so heres the specs..

Box

Height 25
Width 18
Depth 16
____________
Port

Height 2.5
Width 16.5
Length 27
____________
Box specs

Gross Vol. - 3.25 ft3
Port Vol. - 1.09 ft3
Port area range - 26-35 in2
Port Area - 41.25 in2
Port Area per foot - 19.10 in2
Net Vol. - 2.16 ft3
Tunning Freq - 39.90 Hz

I tried posting this on another forum but didnt get any helpful responses..

I already have all the materials and im ready to build but this is my first build and first design so I just want some feedback to make sure im not screwing anything up..

I'd port lower than 40Hz personally.

Upload the plans to a flickr or photobucket account and then we will be able to see the plans.

I have the screen shot of the calculator on Photobucket already but I cant post pics yet..

And I originally had it at like 36 Hz but someone told me it would unload the sub but he never replied back after I posted the new specs so thats why im trying to double check..
