Have you checked JL's website? They'll have a complete enclosure suggestion on the site.

25"H x 26" W x 16.11" D if using 18mm MDF, slot vent, same face as subs, 2" wide, height of box and 35.78" long. 7.278Cf total, tuned to 21.81Hz, F3 22.2Hz. Subsonic at 20Hz

Tuned for SQ (if you EQ out the hump) or streetbass if you're after big dirty low end.

Drop the port length down to 15" for 33Hz tuning, 6" for 44Hz. Raise subsonic to 25Hz/30Hz

If you can double skin the box, so 36mm MDF, increase the depth to 19.94" and change port length to 35.91" for the same 21.81Hz tuning.
