Hey guys, I'm back after a long absence. Recently made a big jump and opened a shop outside Toronto, and obviously I'm now trying to make my car into an sq demo car.

last time I was active I was talking to a Diamond rep who sold me a pair of D971 components, I've since installed those in my car, but I want to get more out of them. trying to find a manual for these speakers to no avail, so I'm wondering if anybody here can give me a hand? Diamonds website is garbage and I've emailed them twice with no response, so any help would be very much appreciated!

I know there's a lot of industry people here, so if you're with the company, are a sales rep, or even carry the stuff I would be grateful if you can even point me in the correct direction. Thanks guys!

they sound fantastic. I had them in a car I used to have installed in kick panels, and they sounded even better, so I want to enclose them, and since I'm insane I want to build a ported enclosure for them, so I need T/S specs.

No further response from ebay seller. One more try at a bump. I don't want to have to learn to measure the speaker only to have the specs wrong due to temperature or moisture in the air.

Just pick up a Woofer Tester unit from Parts Express and you'll get an accurate reading of your actual drivers. This will help you as an installer to measure the drivers in their enclosures as well down the road.

But in the meantime, here's the specs:

D971 Woofer:
Sensitivity: 92db [email protected]
Qts .36
FS: 48hz
VAS: 12.5L
RE: 3.5ohm
Xmax: 8mm
Impedance: 4ohm
Power: 200watts/400watts

D9.1t tweeter:
Sensitivity: 93db [email protected]
FS: 850hz
RE: 7ohm
Impedance: 8ohm
Power: 75watts/150watts
