Hi Guys,

I'm considering mounting my ML165's in either a deck or small enclosures. I want to use them as a woofer / midbass from 1000 down to as low as they'll comfortably play. These will not be mounted in my doors. They just don't fit without cutting sheetmetal (it's a lease), so I'm considering using them as a woofer. My new car is a jeep grand cherokee and I'm hoping to mount these above the back seat facing the passenger compartment. I might build some sort of deck above my sub box or I'll build an enclosure. I've never read of anyone trying to use the ML165's in an IB set-up or in an enclosure. Everyone speaks about sealed doors which is how I had them in the Pontiac in my signature. I like the speakers and don't want to give them up. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The Hertz info that I've found (http://www.hertzaudiovideo.com/Doc/pdf_mlk165.pdf) doesn't include enough information to work out an enclosure size. I could really use some help.

Thanks,
Tom
