Looking for suggestions on my motorcycle: Currently I have 4 Spl hertz show 8" midrange 4 ohm speakers at 200 watts , 4 Spl hertz show 6.5" midrange 4ohm at 150 watts, 4 hertz st35 3" tweeters @100 watts, 2 st25 1.5" hertz tweeters to total 14 speakers with one diamond audio 600 watt rms amp running speakers in parallel as 2ohms.
Looking to replace on pair of 8" midrange with a pair of DS18 EXL-8.4D 8-Inch Subwoofer,Dual 4-Ohms, 1600W Max, 600W RMS. And rewire the system as a 4ohm system for loud quality competition setup and adding four more amps to total five amps. One amp for tweeters, one amp for two pair (4) 6.5 midrange, third amp for pair of 8" midrange but might size the 6.5 amp to also handle then a separate amp for each sub.
Wondering if anybody can give me some tips before I buy amps and subs. The bike is a full custom tour bike that is valued at $70k with all work done by me. Dropping another $3k is fine just want to do it right. Also will add batteries if anyone had that concern.
