they gave me a deal on ebay from their webstore. Of course i got excited and missed a 10% off code. My bad…
anyhow it says 8 inputs and 8 outputs, but it 4x4 in my eyes.
the software looks easy even on the crossover section.
as for the software its not the spanish clone software, which took forever to learn even the basics on how its crossover’s work.

I count 8 RCAs in and 8 out. Both sides connected to a molex plug.
Eeh, its just me then. 8v8 sounds better anyhow.
Glad you found a new dsp.

That said it seems like a whole step back to when the dsp was first invented. Potentiometers for input gain?
Graphic vs panoramic eq?
I'm not too keen on the molex plug to rca?
It does not mention anything about time alignment?

At any rate kuddos man. I hope this one fits your needs.
but it has type-c

Looks pretty meh though..
Well im looking for opinions like yours so i know as much as possible when it arrives.
im a newb when it comes to DSP, 1990 was my last build.
btw the gain controls is on the output, my only confusing is ill be adding a bass knob for the driver which gives frequency and gain boost,as i will most likley take my sounstream bass module out.i only kept it for the bass knob and it does have effect to the bass channel. But a dsp and my new bass knob should fully do the job.
Bass controller
i need to look closer to the software to see what your talking about.
the molex is fine imo.

just cause i found something in my max budget doesnt mean i will keep it.
but imo being brand new by a reputable company with a warrenty is worth alot to me also.

Whats wrong with a type C for updates?

I really think the gain is on the input. Which is why I am confused. Like your input source voltage needs to match the voltage on the dial. I hope you are able to see that value in the app. Like why did they not put it in the software? Idk.

Are you going to run a sub off the dsp as well or separate?

You are correct about that being an input gain.
im confused, i wish it was a typo tho. Its on the same side as the output rca’s
i doubt they intend to expect everyone to get out their multimeter and match inputs.
I put this change in the first post.
but search the App Store for DSP8.8BT and you can download the software.
im sure you can tell more about it than i can.
And yes i plan to run my subs threw this as it was my biggest reason for getting a DSP.
Can i ask why?
I gotta be honest. I'm not one for downloading much. Been hacked and that's why.
Maybe you can swipe right on your screen and post the pictures of the app?
Whats wrong with a type C for updates?
It was a joke about having Type-C(can't name any other good DSP that has it), yet all the other features look lackluster as hell. You get what you pay for though I suppose.

I will apologize for being over sensitive and this forum, why?
i enjoy building my setup and atm it takes up most of my waking hours, get a job! Right?
i missed 30 years of building due to life and this is what keeps me entertained.
i can take a joke, even if its off topic.
What’s meh to someone might sound amazing to your ears. Be excited about your new purchase and I hope it’ll make your system sound that much better. The speakers in my system are three different brands which drive some people crazy. But that’s what I can afford at the moment. Still don’t have any of it installed but that’s another topic haha. Congrats on the purchase.

looks nice man. let us know how it works. i'm impressed by the 100dB SNR.

Can you explain just what that means?

kpierce- as they say to each his own.
id rather get advice from someone who knows his own rather than just bought it.

my old dsp taught me alot, but killed me over its crossovers,it still made it sound better than my 7 band eq and Soundstream bass module, Its a copy of an AudioControl base module.
i do think ill add my fiberfill back to my sub box as it gives a very sweet lowend with that.
I have been seeing people using rather large power inputs. Is there something too that?
