Installing a Infinty Basslink DC10 into my Escape Tritoon. The amp has a 25 amp fuse and has two small (14-16awg) power feeds into its modular plug. It's going under my console which was wired from the factory with 6awg into the fuse block. There is minimal load on it before the sub (probably 15-20 amps at most) since all the lights and such are LED. The only real draw is a Rockford Fosgate PMX-2 head unit so i dont see any issues with power feed. Also there was an optional amp that my boat doesnt have that would have been fed off the 6awg feed as they use the same harness.

Anyhow, my question is i have a couple extra fused feeds from the box that are 14awg, any reason i couldn't combine 2 of those with 15amp fuses in each to power the sub? It already jas a weird 2 wire power setup (assuming they didn't want put 25 amps on a single pin in the connector).

Thanks for your help!
