Hi guys, new member here, asked this on Yahoo answers but had no replies, knew this was the best place for advice.

Going to do a complete audio upgrade, I have all my equipment ready apart from the front components, question is which people think would be best suited to the install.

Set up as follows;

SOURCE
Alpine Double Din (3 Preouts)

SUB-BASS
JL Audio 12 W6v2 (Slot Ported Box) [600W RMS]
JL Audio 500/1v2 [500W RMS]

MIDRANGE/HIGHS
JL Audio XD600/6 [75W RMS @ 4Ohm]
JL Audio C2-525 (Rear doors) [60W RMS, 4Ohm]

EXTRAS
Dynamat Superlight (Doors, Boot)
Premium 4AWG Cable to distribution block
Premium 8AWG Cable to amps
OFC RCA Cables
OFC Speaker Cables
Big Three Upgrade

OPTIONS & PRICES
JL Audio C3-650 [75W RMS] - £160
JL AUDIO C3-650 6.5" 165MM 225 WATT CONVERTIBLE/COAXIAL SPEAKER SYSTEM | eBay

Focal 165KR [80W RMS] - £200
Focal 165KR ELITE K2 Power 6.5" 17cm 160 Watts Component Car Stereo Speakers | eBay

Which do you think would complete the system best? Obvious choice for me was the JL Audio to keep the system matching, the drivers being perfectly powered and obviously cheaper.

I want the system to be clear, loud and well rounded, but with a strong mid range presence as at a later date I may change the front stage fully active. Should I stick with the JL Audio or should I use Focal for the fronts as I have heard their mid range is brilliant.

also I know the JL set plays lower and higher on the frequancy range, makes them better right?

Thanks.
