I've been waiting since mid-November for Mark to make this right and I still don't have what was promised in this deal. He contacted me and offered some speakers for trade on some remote start units that I listed for sale. I accepted the offer and shipped him my equipment. He shipped the speakers out. When I received them the tweeters from the set were not in the box. I contacted him and he said that he would mail them out the next day...November 19th. I waited about a week and asked him about them. He apologized and said that he was busy and would ship them in a few days. This was on December 9th. When they didn't show up I contacted him again with no reply. I've contacted him a few times since then and still no reply. I check his status regularly and he's logged on several times and still has not contacted me.

I know quite a few guys on this forum that he did the same thing too. He usually gets the product to you but you might have to wait months.

I really hope so. A simple reply to one of my PM's would be nice. He's been on here so I'm pretty sure he's seen them. I really didn't want to start this thread but 2 months is a bit ridiculous to mail some tweeters.

Mark is a really nice guy in person but I just don't understand why he says he's going to ship something out and then doesn't....repeatedly. It shouldn't take months to get something that should take no more than a week to get to you. I understand it can be hard to hold up your end of the deal in a timely manner when you have a lot on your plate but you're only as good as your word. Hell I felt bad for shipping off a package ONE DAY later than I said I would. I caught Mark by surprise when I out of the blue cut all ties with him in my typical passive aggressive nature.

I still think it's B.S. that it takes a year and a half to send a pair of tweets but at least he finally honored his end of the deal. He did state that he was having some issues with his son being sick. I can totally understand that. Family comes first. BUT....all it would have taken was a little communication and a quick trip to the post office.

I hear you. It took him over a year to get me my mosconi amps if you can believe that. This was during the time when he was running audible physics. When he spoke with me he would always reassure me and aplogize for the delay. Never before have I ever dealt with someone that did that to me. But at that point I stayed patient and remained positive because after all I did send him over 1k and was not sure if I'd see it back. Good thing he came through. Otherwise I would have been screwed.
