Hey guys, I have had this Memphis big belle for a few years now and from day one this cap was missing. Even though rear fill is not my priority, it still bugs me as I cannot use those channels because I get an annoying hissing sound without that cap. I decided to take the amp apart to see what all needs to be replaced and it looks like the cap literally snaps in.

I have tried googling "rca jack caps", "amplifier rca jack" etc and I cannot find the part I need. I am thinking of running to frys and radio shack or tearing apart an old vcr, but do any of you guys know of an online source of where I can get these? Looks to me I literally just need the gold part.

So I got done talking with Memphis and they don't stock the part or have anything compatible in their new amps..

Looks like my only option is to source a cap somehow from somewhere, or replace the entire terminal block that's soldered to the board, which seems even more impossible to find.

Might as well give up at this point.

Thought I just had another though.. The whole reason this is an issue in the first place is there is a bad hiss when used. What would happen if I looped a piece of wire around the two rca cables to ground the capless to the capped? I have no idea if the signal passes through that part or not..
