Memphis warranty service?

Has anyone on here ever had an amplifier returned to Memphis for repair? I had one sent back a couple of weeks ago by the authorized dealer I purchased it from. They have not been able to give me a time frame of how long it will take to get it back. I was just wondering how long it would take to be repaired. I would call Memphis and just ask but they don't have a phone number on their web site.

wouldnt your authorized dealer know better than we would?

I would think so. I was just asking if someone had first hand experience since they can't provide me a time frame.
