No pics on mine, but I took a sheet of lexan with a 1.5" larger footprint on the X & Y axis. I mounted it, centered, with 1/4" spacers.
This gave me .75" of lexan overhang on each edge that I could put screws through, which I used to mount it up under my dash behind the glovebox. I hacked the old console mounted USB input for the factory stereo to direct connect to the DSP for programming.

It's out of sight and fully protected.
