i have kenwood excelon 2x 10 inch subs in a box, they are rated at 300 watts RMS each at 4ohm. So How much wattage Amplifier at 4 ohm will be good for these subs (300w , 600w or 800w at 4ohm)?

They are each a single 4 ohm, so when wired together you'll likely want a 2 ohm final load. You would wire them in parallel for a 2 ohm load, there are many diagrams available for how to do this. Then you'd start looking for an amp that can do 600 watts or a little more at 2 ohms. If Walmarts in Canada sell the Power Acoustik RZR1-2500D that will do 700 at 2 ohms and will cost $97 USD, not sure what it would be in CAD.
