Hey I have a Dayton titanic 15 that is currently set up in my house, next year I'll be able to drive and plan on getting a car. So could someone help me model out a box and maybe suggest an amp to use with it. Also I don't know what frequency to tune a box to, right now in my house my box is tuned to 22 hz, I've been told that that's way to low and to have it around 30.

How big is the current box?
Try your current box if it will fit in a vehicle.
22 hertz is not "too" low. In car, the low end will be good to 15 hertz or so.
IF the box fits and you want an exagerated hump in the ~30 hertz range, take styrofoam blocks and add to the enclosure to reduce volume and raise tuning.
OR build a new box.
