Hello I need help I bought a 2020Denali Ultimate W/ Bose and I don't like the quality of sound. I bought Utopia a set of 3- way W M's. While doing my research on building my system and surfing the net I found out about Sounds good so I ordered A package that Includes full 4 door sound treatment, A Masconi 8 Ch Pro w/ DSP, Harness, Amp Rack, another pair of Utopia W M's for the front doors. I also ordered all of the block off plates and speaker adapters. I will use the 6" that I already purchased in the rear doors and I already had a JL HD 750 Marine Amp that I will use for a JL Stealth box that is also on order. The Problem that I now have is where to mount the 3.5 W M's and Tweeter. I can do some fabrication and put them in the dashboard next to each other but now I read that it may make the midrange sound dead. I can get those funny looking Utopia Pods and mount them over top of each other with the tweets in the sail panel and the Mids on the A Pillar. I wanted it all to look as stock as possible. Do you think that I could compensate for the dash mount option with the DSP? I also noticed that under the factory grille that the factory speaker is tilted away from the windshield.
In the meantime, I have ordered another set of a Pillars and Speaker covers from GMC maybe I'll try my hand at fabricating the pillars to have the mid and tweets on the same axis. While I wait for the rest of my equipment m from SGS to be delivered. Any Suggestions?

BTW, If I had known about all of the problems that the BOSE system causes I would have bought a Ram or F-150.
Hopefully NAV will quickly release it's ZEN AVB GM soon

Since you have the new truck with removable grilles, I would go dash pods. Reach out to Vanguard Automotive Design. Nick designed and built the dash pods for @RickWilson and I believe Nick has the files saved to build a set without having the vehicle on hand. Plus he’s a Focal dealer so he will have dimensions for those speakers. MTI and SGS will also do pillars and send them to you if you want to go that route
