I have a set of Vifa D26NC-05-06 tweeters. These are brand new in the styrofoam box, and include the surface, flush, and angle mounts. $65 shipped anywhere in the US.

I also have a pair of Vifa MG13WM01 4 ohm 5.25" mids, brand new. $65 shipped anywhere in the US.

I haven't found any specs on them.

BTW, if somebody wants the tweeters and mids together the price is $120 shipped anywhere in the US.

I have somebody who wants to buy just the flush mounts, but I don't want to sell them without the tweeters. However, if you want the tweeters and don't need the flush mounts, I'll knock $10 off the price.
