Why on earth would you want this thing? I haven't seen an amplifier without a low pass crossover. All head units have low pass crossover for sub channel too.
Been reading a lot (maybe to much).
Protecting tweeters; keeping highs from subs etc.
Yes the amps have crossovers; but i will still put a passive crossover on the other speakers.
Thought i might have missed something.

If you use the amp or HU's crossover, you will have no need for a passive one. You can also just put a simple capacitor on the tweeter for protection, pick a cap value that is 1/2 the crossover freq.
