Comes just as shown. I have had it for a little over a year and it was taken out of the box to test all channels and get some gut shots of it. Then it went back in the box it was shipped in. It came missing two mounting feet. I had a pair machined to match and work great. I got it without the case and manual. Cosmetically, its an 8.5 out of 10. It has some nicks here and there which I pictured the worst of it.
I originally got it for my kid. But, he has a little Corolla and this amp is bigger than his car so it has to go.
This amp is #96-500 built
