In about 3 or 4 days I have an Alpine W200 coming in that I'm going to be running with my H701, so I'm looking to sell my Pioneer 800prs. The Pioneer does have a blown PICO fuse but grounding the RCA's to the HU chassis works very well to get rid of the noise. It's in awesome condition and comes with EVERYTHING that was included originally, even the box.

You can ground the rca's at the HU, I don't know if Pioneer takes these back for a fee or not, or you can take it to an engineer and have it repaired. There's a lot of write-ups on here explaining the fixes in better detail.
