Live.com cashback is now Bing.com (no association with one of our favorite installers). Using the 5% cashback from Bing thru Cartoys.com makes this unit which is on-sale for $594.99 only $565.24. Shipping options include OOPS (UPS) ground for $3.95 and OOPS 3-day is $5.95.

No time-alignment or 3-way active crossover built-in, but what it does have is pretty nice...

Touch-Screen Control
Navigation (by Garmin)
Bluetooth (by Parrot)
Voice-Command (for phone or audio uses)
IPOD Control (Cable included, and the slickest interface I've seen)
SD Card Slot (On the face for software updates, MP3, video, etc)
Back-up camera input
DVD

Pioneer Premier Pioneer AVIC-F90BT

You have to click "SEE PRICE IN CART" from this page and it should show up at $594.99. I just tried it again and it did. To do the 5% cashback, you have to sign up thru BING.com. Oh, and of course, I bought one. I will miss all the SQ-oriented features of my old 880PRS, but the features on this thing were too much to resist. Besides, I can always get a Bit One to run with it.

Sorry, it works for me. I wonder I was given a cookie while using bing.com's cashback search to get the price to show at $594.99?? I was also considering if the deal wasn't regional, but it appears you're in DFW also Chupo???

I did a similar thing with the F900BT from eBay, it was 8% cashback off a $518 unit (shipped), which after cashback makes it about $475.

The only difference I can determine from the F90 and F900 is the inclusion of the ~$30 iPod wire.

EDIT... I bought the sonofabitch by the way! At that price it was hard to say no.

UPDATE-UPDATE-UPDATE!!!

I cleared my cookies and it came up for me at $999. So I went back to bing.com and typed cashback into the search. From the results I clicked the first result on the list, Bing cashback (it has the cashback symbol next to it). Then in the next search bar that is brought up, enter F90BT.......and boom.....click on the search result for car toys and then click to see price. It should read $594.99, which ends up at $565 after cashback in 60 days. Here's a screenshot of the cartoys site with the reduced price.

I purchased mine on Tuesday, it's supposed to be here tomorrow!! PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DEAL ONLY APPEARS TO WORK IF YOU SEARCH THROUGH BING CASHBACK.......

This is from an authorized dealer, which means warranty. Since, CarToys has stores locally, they can handle any warranty claim(s), should the situation arise. The benefits of the F90BT over the F900BT are as follows.

F90BT has a 2-year warranty and F900BT has 1-year (when purchased authorized, sorry ebay).
F90BT includes ipod cable, F900BT does not.
F90BT has 4V pre-out, F900BT has 2V pre-out.

So is 2-years of manufacturer warranty, the ipod cable (which the cheapest I've found cost $28, see link below), and double the pre-out voltage over the F-900BT worth $90 more? For unit(s) retailing for >$1200, you bet it is....at least to me.

Well the auth. vendor thing makes it worth it alone, so I understand now. These things can be finicky which is why there are tons out there on the refurb market.

I love this head unit. Worth the discount price IMO. So many customizations that can be done to it via avic411.com.

Update - I received my unit on friday (ordered on tuesday). Just got it installed last nite. Awesome! Even the voice recognition works right! I love it....Build log coming soon.

Check out avic411 for mods. I'm eager to get mine installed so I can try out CMH's mods before he closes the ftp files for them.
