I’ve noticed this recently too but I’m not necessarily complaining. Couple of nights ago had a few cocktails in me and was feeling impulsive but couldn’t find the 5/30 I had seen earlier so I’m about $1,300 to the good thankfully due to this snafu!!!

I saw that 5/30 last night somewhere. It can be good for those looking but not so good for those trying to sell. I tend not to go too far as I like to look at the newer threads that stay updated.
