does the dsp.3s have adjustble turn-on/turn-off delay?

if you remove the sub amp rcas and the pop goes away, try increasing the dsp turn-on delay.

if the pop still exists with the rcas removed, look at adjusting the amp settings like gain, bass boost, etc. check install-related stuff like grounds.

if the rcas are unplugged, all the settings have been completely fiddled with, install related issues resolved: then it might be a bad amp.

i imagine you don't want like 30s until your amps turn on.

so start with max delay and work your way back until you find that sweet spot.
