I’m going to be buying my mom’s Pilot for it’s great towing capacity. Maybe soon, maybe later but I’ll be getting it eventually. She just moved to SC and I’ve driven it a few times and I can’t stop dreaming about the abundance of room around the sails and lower a pillars. This might finally be my chance to get some big ol killer sail monitors going.
I’ve long been looking at these seas coaxials, they look stellar. Seas is touting very low modulation interaction with the woofer and tweeter despite being a rigid cone, it’s talked of being suitable for
hi-res reproduction. I just figured I’d start a conversation about these nice looking drivers. Anyone have thoughts, opinions, experience?

Seas Excel 5" Magnesium Cone Coax C16N001/F (E0051)
SEAS R&D lab recently decided to see what could be accomplished by applying their state of the art Excel technology to a coaxial drive unit. The answer can be found in their Excel C16N001/F, and the results are amazing.
