I understand that a .707 qtc is desirable for subwoofers in car usage. I've followed this with some good sucuess.

I was wondering if this was a variable that applied to speakers of other frequency ranges, such as midranges. I have some bookshelf speakers I designed which are a bit "boomy", which could be indicative of a high qtc. I was hoping to get some guidance on adjusting the volume of the cabinet, and what qtc i should aim for.

Thanks
