I can't quite figure out how to exactly run the wires on my sub.

This page (Subwoofer Wiring Diagrams, One 4 ohm Dual Voice Coil (DVC) Speaker) shows separate, short wires running from one + to the other + and one - to the other - terminals on the sub. (4 wires total)

This image (Imageshack - 1dvcparallel1yl) shows just one pair of wire for each terminal. (2 wires total)

Which way should I do it?

I have to admit, I would prefer the first way so I can double-wire the 4 pairs of 16ga I already siliconed in the box to get closer to the ideal 12ga I should have used. And then just use a couple short wires for the + to + and - to - on the sub itself..

Thanks for any input..

That was quick!

I'm only wiring one sub though, but it looks like I should do it the first way on my post? No?

EDIT: Ok, I was just making sure, I didn't want the sub to be straining to pull power.. My amp's 1550 W @ 2ohms. Good tip on the rattling, I was actually thinking of wrapping the wire in foam, is that necessary?
