Is it ok that my subs recommended frequency is 53hz and my enclosure is tuned to 40hz?
How does that change the sound?

Hey ther, dang sorry I didnt see this. I have a Skar 8" SVR sub in their armor coated enclosure and their RP1200 amp with a LC2i LOC. Its running at 4 OHMs.
Sub is 400 Watts RMS, amp puts out 500 Watts RMS at 4 ohms.
