The same really... when you buy drivers of this caliber, you should be tuning them such that you can get any low end response you want.

I looked into that and many people say the original Revelators will not perform to their best in IB setup. They do make car versions and they might have come out with something new but that is what I was able to gather. Some people do run them in IB setups. Kevin K. from elitecaraudio runs dual Revelators in his doors. : )

from what i hear, in the car the revelators are no better then the CA18's especially for the price!

Ive played with the revelators in car but not the CA18's

The frequency response sags a bit in the car for the Revelators, so you do lose a bit of punch in the bass. That's EASILY correctable though and shouldn't influence your buying decision.
