Ok fellas. I'm straight stumped. Here is what I am working with:

-2 10w7's
-Both meter at 2.7ohms (one likes to bounce around before settling down)
-If I wire it in parallel I get 1.7 ohms
-If I wire in series i get 1.3-1.7 ohms:confused:

So am I dealing with a blown coil?:mean: Did I answered my own question with the "bounce around" comment? Is this some JL tactic to try and get me to use their proprietary hardware (ripzzz)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

When measuring in series configuration are you probing across both drivers or are you probing each driver?
