Has anyone actually noticed a difference when they sound deadened their a, b, and c pillars? IF you did, what did you stuff them with? I could put a layer of butyl over the sheet metal but I can't imagine that metal actually resonates, being so narrow. I've seen people use the foam in a can but I wonder if that stuff really works? What about using a heavy batting material? I'm sick of wasting money for no results and a lot of wasted time.
Sound deadening pillars?

Deaden the pillars themselfs. The plastic parts,if they are making unwanted noises due to vibration..

The seat belt apparatus in the B-post discouraged me from sound-deadening, and I've got side-curtain air-bags in my A-posts. Seat belt retracter in my C-posts also. Decided to avoid those cavities.
