Do a search. There's info all over this place.
Start in the general area your speakers are mounted (mids/subs, dont bother w/ tweeters) and go from there :)

Other than that, yes, search.

Sound Deadener Showdown

This is a great site to start researching which deadener fits your budget and accomplishes your end state whether it is less road noise or better sound quality (or both.) Proper sound deadening will really bring alive your set up !

Truer words have never been said. It does so many things, none of which are detrimental to your sound system and only serve to make it more efficient. Some cars are designed for a quiet interior, those are the best to work on. I don't need to deaden anything but my doors, trunk, and the parts where I ripped the interior out of for weight purposes :D

better sound to start with
better sound to start with
Start with your doors and your trunk (or wherever your subs are mounted.

Definitely deaden the outer skin of the door with a couple layers of butyl mat, then seal up the inner door skin with some sort of stiff material as well as deadening.

Best of luck!
Second Skin is the way to go man
