Well for oval speakers like these it looks like you could either just use a jigsaw to make the cuts, or if you're not that great with a jigsaw you could probably use a router and circle jig for the two half circles at the ends of the oval and connect them with a jigsaw. That's probably what I would do.
router jig wont work out well as it would only cut a very small portion of the cutout, either use the jig saw or if your anal and want the best get ahold of somebody with a cnc router and have them cut it out for you, shouldnt cost to much
