i need to make flushed speaker rings for 2 boston spg555's and 2 matching passive radiators. what would be the best way to do this??

Use a piece of 1/2" MDF for the flush mount. Cut the ID 1/4" larger than the speaker frame.

Put a rabbet on the ID if that fancies you.

Cut a 3/4" thick piece of MDF and the 1/2" piece 2" larger than the speaker frame.

Glue the 2 pieces together with the outer diameters lined up.

Well for oval speakers like these it looks like you could either just use a jigsaw to make the cuts, or if you're not that great with a jigsaw you could probably use a router and circle jig for the two half circles at the ends of the oval and connect them with a jigsaw. That's probably what I would do.
