Well they are not made as I should have been specific by "custom". I have all materials : the PVC pipe comes in a long length and the end will be sealed. So I can make it any length you need. The height and width will be the same a little over 5", but the length I can make to suit your needs!

Can make any length you need for enclosure. Also note these will be in an actual sealed enclosure so the output will be very nice. These are the drivers used in the now famous Speedsters home audio speakers. Pic of enclosure sample:
