Going active might get you into a whole world of trial and error. as @daloudin mentioned; starting at passive points is a good start. You'd have to look at the FS of the drivers to see what range you can play with. I don't remember the general rule for ea driver as where to start. I'm sure the guys with experience will point you in the right direction
