I have a passive crossover with (+) and (-) inputs, and (+) and (-) outputs. Do i connect the (+) speaker wire to the (+) input and (+) output on the crossover?

The inputs are to be connected to the head unit speaker outputs or your amplifier outputs. The output terminals are connected to the speakers, whether it's the midwoofer or the tweeter. Don't you have a manual for your components?

I know, but am i right thinking i don't use the (-) inputs and outputs?

It should be: amp--- (+) speaker wire--- (+) crossover input--- (+) crossover output--- (+) speaker wire--- (+) speaker connection. Right?

No, that's not right. You have a positive wire and a negative wire for each channel. The pair of wires providing power goes to the "input" side. The pair of wires going to the speaker is on the "output".
input + = amp output +
input - = amp output -

output + = speaker +
output - = speaker -
