Autozone has one you can plug into your cigarette. I have it works great.

The one listed requires a 5V power supply. Look for another one that just has 2 wires or one that uses 4 wires but works on 12VDC.

I found a 12V one, but alas it has 4 pins as well. It says two for working power and two for measure input. So would I just ground the two negatives, and split the power wire from the battery into 2 wires, one to each positive (working and measure)?

The design of this voltmeter seems redundant.

Heres the link:

3½ 12v Digital Red LED 20V DC Volt panel meter - (eBay.ca item 370192807244 end time 25-Apr-09 18:42:38 EDT)

I found a different one now. Same voltmeter, but says it doesn't need a seperate power input.

Now, its two dollars more. Not to sound cheap or anything, but it would seem smarter to buy the first one if it'll work fine.
