So I decided to use kick panels for my car because fitting anything bigger than 4" would be a pain (have to do a lot of modding to my door). What are some mids/midbasses that would work well in kicks (i.e. work well in small enclosures). Thanks.

MB Quart DSD are pretty cheap and sound good for about $50 on Ebay. Marcom & Morel have some pretty nice 4inch sets although they are expensive.

Tough... pretty much any 7" driver you put in a small sealed kick will need massive low end equalization.

so kicks are best for a 3 way where a mid (like a 4") would go in to the kick and the midbass would go in the door?
