While digital is nice, and helps simplify the wiring, there's no reason that analog should have a negative impact on sound quality. In 2022 it would be great if everything had digital inputs and outputs, but it's mostly just a convienience issue, not a sound quality issue assuming good RCAs are used.It's unfortunate that it's $$$ to go digital all the way to the amps...
Edit: I guess I should ask, how much more is it for a Helix/Zapco w/ all digital outputs as opposed to analogs?
