For the installers out there:

I have a 2003 F350 King Ranch crewcab.
Looking at images for "double din install kit for Ford F250" has shown some with rounded corners, and some with square corners.

What is the best, or highest quality install kit to use in my truck that won't look dumb? (The square corners look dumb with the rounded factory dash opening.)

Installing a Kenwood DNN991HD if that matters.

Nobody has ever installed a double din HU in a F250 or F350?

The kit I see is a "Metra 95-5818"

No one knows if it will work?

That kit works pretty good, probably better than the Best Kits variant.
You will have to file open your dash bezel on the top and bottom, sides are fine.:)

I have heard that.
But the pictures I have seen online don't look like the 95-5818 kit.

don't you need the Metra 95-5817?

I'm not sure, that's why I'm asking.:D

I like the way the edges are round on the kit in your picture, but is there a way to bring the HU out a bit more?

Looks like the 95-5817 is for the SuperDuty, and the 95-5818 is for the F150 trucks.

I went with the Metra 95-5817.

Thanks jtaudioacc!
