Looking for recommendations on smaller amps 75 watts x 2 or smaller. The amp must have LP and HP filters on them. Price really doesnt matter, but still list expected price on these amps. Give me input on which are successful in your experiences.

I'd recomend the Diamond D5300.2. They're pretty inexspensive on ebay, and have a pretty good onboard crossover with bandpass if you need onboard crossovers.

I'll be using my Esoteric E7054's onboard crossovers til I can get a headunit.

ive got a boner for Arc right now. my 4050cxl is absolutely wonderful. got a killer deal on it too. also have a 2500cxl. havent used it at all yet. and just got my 5150xxk in today. if the 2500 and 5150 perform half as good as the 4050 ill be happy as hell.

the 4050 was traded for a Pioneer PRS-X220 and $100 cash. i have $465 in the 2500 and $500 in the 5150. a little pricey but well worth every penny IMO. ;)

The obvious choice... IMO...
Zed Audio Gladius... 75x2

I would 2nd the Arc Audio & Diamond Audio recommendations.
The new Alpine MRV-f345 & f545 are also excellent amps... I am currently using 2 f345's & a M1001... Solid!

4050XXK would be great IMO. it's a 4 channel though. It has selectable hi/low crossover, but not bandpass (don't know if that is what you are looking for). There are ways around that though. It is rated at 55w x 4, but really does like 70watts. I love the way it sounds. I noticed a difference between that amp and my older Alpine F540 when i A/B'd them. The arc was a lot warmer in the midrange. more bass too.

the most impressive amps ive had are mostly of the old school variety, with no crossovers, i do second arc,s amps some of best sounding newer amps out,and with similar design and parts as the zapco,s you cant go wrong,a less exp. option would be a new zed audio gladius rated 75 by 2 typ. 95 watts, sound good and are unique looking, the x-over section are very flexable ,they also come with 30 day money back gar.

Tru technology. It is sad because it is my favorite amp company and I love their product. Not to say it is the best, but it is very good and for some reason I love it. I just like it mentioned when people who run well thought of systems use them. Personal gratification I suppose.
