If you want something that kicks, then there's no need to find something with a low FS (below 70Hz).
I'd be looking at a great performer for 70Hz and above.
Want something that can really kick? You need an efficient driver with a high sensitivity (above 90dB-91dB 1w/1m).
Here's some really sensitivity numbers:
Space K8 = 89.25dB 1w/1m
Space K6L = 87.64dB 1w/1m
HV165L = 88.20dB 1w/1m
NDW8032 = ??? - no idea, couldn't find the specs... If it's anything like the new NDW8132, then the real sensitivity rating is 89.16dB 1w/1m
If you cannot get other brands, I'd go with the NDW8032 or the Space K8L - both being an 8" driver, you'd be going in the right direction anyway...
