Which Multi Channel?

I have an 08' F150. I think I have finally decided on running Cadence CWM6 components up front and found a deal on a QLogic custom fit box to go under the rear seat.

Questions:

What 10" sub would you guys suggest I use in the Q logic box?

What multi channel amp would you suggest I go with to power the CWM6's as well as the sub you chose above?

The plan right now is to replace the stock HU with a Pioneer 4000DVD or 4100DVD unit.
