I have a 2009 pt cruiser and my af radio for some reason will not power on unless its hard wired to the batt im using a wire harness i bought online everything is hooked up according to color but still wont turn on (without hardwire) really need some help so i can start tucking wires P.S. i do not have the model with subwoofer and it doesn't have a stock amp

I hooked up a multi meter today and both constant an ignition read it was hot so idk what the issue is.. Its a Chrysler btw

Then check your ground.

If the ground was bad would it work hard wired im going to try it again later today iv never had this issue before
