I would get a frequency response measurement of the door woofers to see if you need the full range to play down to 300 or 500 Hz. That is the typical cutoff for 3 and 2 inch drivers respectively.
 
You're looking for large nulls in response that dont respond well to EQ. For example, you have a big null at 400Hz. Much easier to cross the woofer at 300 and use a 3 inch full range that can play 300Hz and up. If you go with a smaller driver it likely can't play down to 300Hz (depending on output requirements) and you're left with a hole in response. 400Hz has a wavelength of 2.8 ft which is about the distance from the door to the center consoles, which I think folks typically attribute to nulls around this frequency. My car has this issue for the driver side I think...

Take your measurements for each driver individually. Use Pink noise, moving microphone method. Disable EQ.
