Title says it. I will be mounting the mids in the door and glassing the tweets into the a-pillars once I relocate the boost gauge to the steering column. I don't have a router or I'd do them myself. 3/4" will work for the mids and id say 1/2" would suffice to make the tweeter pods. The tweeters have a cutout diamter of 2.27 in (57.67 mm) and overall diameter of 2.9" (74mm) the mids have a cutout of 5.70" (145 mm) and an overall diameter of 6.73 in (171mm). Hit me up guys. Who can help a brother out for a decent price?

Where is the thank you button when you need it, lol. That is probably the op's best choice, no one likes cutting MDF.....I sure as hell don't. Their price is also very affordable, nice.

I get my rings from avpriority on ebay.. great person to deal with.. can cut anything you need precisely.. fast too

Glad to help. I still need to trim mine actually. Someone's measurements were off a wee bit. ID is a tad small. Guess I can dremel them with a router bit maybe and open up the ID by a smidge. And still gotta drill holes and find some bedliner spray or just dip em in rosin.

I've had really good luck with using foil tape. It sticks to mdf pretty well and itself even better.
