I have a suggestion, but it only does 900+ RMS @ 2 ohm.

The Kenwood KAC-9106d is $168 new at Wal-Mart's website.

There's also older versions of this amp (9105d & 9103d), but they all have basically the same specs.

I've found a lot of used KAC-9105d and 9103d amps for sale in my area with prices mostly ranging from $50-100. I personally would go used on this amp.

But then again, I've gotten some really good deals from members on this forum! And there's also a lot more quality stuff on here than what I usually find when looking on my local Craigslist etc...

Ppi 1000.1 rated [email protected] 2ohm but YouTube the sonic electronics bench test, it did almost 1000 and peaked over [email protected] 2ohm. These amps are cheap and great reviews here, I have 1 of these I'm going to use in a home theater and I bought subs to run @2ohm. I originally was going to get subs to run at 1ohm but I figured not enough difference in power and should be easier on the amp.
