If you know someone that can do some CAD work, or want to tackle it yourself, check out sendcutsend. They do great work and can do tapped holes or thread inserts as needed. I would think you would make that is two, or more, pieces and then glue them together. I’ve done some router templates with them for speaker openings and they came in perfect.
