Hard to say for sure w/o knowing about the rest of the system, the music u listen to, etc.

The amp is rated for 75WRMSx4, and it's tightly regulated. So unless it produces a lot more than rated power, it won't be able to reach the full potential of those speakers. Again, that might be ok if u don't crank it and/or listen to acoustic guitar, soft rock, etc.

 

I’m running slash 500/1 to JL 12 w3v3 song with the xd400/4. I like to crank it quite often. I’ll pick up another amp to add to the set up then. I’ll bridge the xd400/4 to power the mids.

 

It'll be perfectly fine. A 75 watt per channel amp will push both the mid and tweeter well into loud listening levels. Doubling that power will only give you 3dB more output, at most. I would suggest that you stick with what you have.
